Mahesh, was this an HDR ? the river reflection area of the image confuses me - I can't tell what is shadow and what is cliff face or something else in it. It's lovely but I don't read it very well.

Hmmm.... Maesh, I'm not feeling it. It's big, yes but to me, not much else. :frown:

Well composed Mahesh, but I think that your photoshop magic is geting in the way. Some of your late photographs don't feel as photographs anymore but more as a photoshop art, which is great, but not a photograph. I think you have a wonderfull eye and great talent, but you as many shooters lately are somehow cought in this light shadows thing that is not natural to me and judging by the comments I'm not alone. Anyway it is your thing and your thing only these are just my $0.02 cents.

As photographers and artists, we are pretty picky. I think the general public would like this image. I'ts nice, but as stated above...something just isn't right in the overall feel, to me either. I think if you toned down that water, things would even out more, IMHO...

Thanks, everyone! Funny thing is that this image isn't HDR. It's purely a 2 stop hard grad effect. This particular image was nothing special. I had it in my archived from last year and hadn't done much with it. Just thought I'd post something. I guess I have to go out and get more new stuff now. Comments and crits are always welcome! :)
