Sooooo, CB&Potts rents their extra room :$100 for the afternoon for 15 people, so I don't think we are ready to take that on. I called 8 other nearby places to see if they have a separate area we could gather in and have come up empty.
We can use a classroom at my school where we can bring our own food/drink and hang out. That would be free, at least, and there is plenty of parking. I work at Heritage College off of I-70 at Harlan (between Sheridan and Wadsworth next to Lakeside Amusement Park), so it is easy to get to.
What are your thoughts on the place? Any suggestions?
Would it be more/less convenient to meet at 11? I am open, just passing along a question.
Let me know!

Hey Anne, There's a Panera at Stapleton which is a little more centrally located. I'll call them tomorrow and see if they have a facility that would be suitable. I might call a few others a little farther south also. I like the 11 o'clock time. I'll let you know what I find out.

Sounds good, Bill, thanks!

11am is fine with me. Most any location is good.

My wife mentioned that Panera's downtown has a free room that can be reserved.
See my email for details.

I PM'd you at your website about a location in the Santa Fe Arts district.

Just got off the phone with Panera-Colorado. There are 3 locations in the Denver area designated as "prime" locations. 1350 Grant (referenced by Bill P), University Hills at Yale and Colorado Blvd, and Lakewood at 650 S Wadsworth.
I would have no objection to any of these locations though I wonder if parking would be an issue on Grant street.

Bill, parking shouldn't be an issue downtown on Sunday - it's free.
However, they do not have a parking lot at that location, so it's whatever you can find on the surrounding streets.
Any of those locations would be fine with me.

I called the 3 "prime" locations and only the downtown location has a side room we could use. When I called they said it was first come first served, but Bill P advised that the manager can reserve it. I will call after the afternoon lunch rush and get a hold of the manager. I am thinking 11pm would be best. I'll put up a new message when I get it all firmed up! Thank you all SO much for your help!!!!
