Red Squirrel
It's been a long time ago posting an image in the UKNP forum. It's a very busy time for me and that will not change the coming time.
A week or two ago I had the oppertunity to use a photoshelter of Han Bouwmeester. This time the red squirrels are the top actors of the day.
I "only" had one body at the moment. So in some cases I had to decide to let my 500mm on the body in stead of changing lenses and loosing the moment.

Hope you enjoy this one. If so I do have lot more pictures of these acrobates.

C&C as alway welcome.
Exif: 1/160sec, F4.0, ISO 640, 500mm

Very very nice Tom, lovely green bg and red of the squidger. I might be tempted to crop a bit in from the left to remove some of that out of focus tree trunk. :toast: :toast:

A lovely image Tom. I would love more space on the right but I can fully sympathise with the lens on / lens off situation. As it is I would consider taking a bit off the top just to make it less square. :toast:

Beauty Tom, agree with Rob about taking some off the top to give a more landscape comp. Very sharp & detailed.

Would prefer more bottom but that is a nice squiggler.

Great squirrel Tom, sharp with plenty of detail. For me I would like less of the tree

Hi All,

Thanks for your C&C.
A repost with less OoF tree, less square, little crop from the top. Sorry no more room on the right.
I also placed a new one from the some morning. Because you like these animals so much. :)

Thanks again.
