At the end of Oct I made a 2 week trip into Arizona to catch some fall colors and red rocks. Here's a few from the trip that I have processed so far. C&C welcome!

Phillip - wow - what a great set. You have a great eye for visual repetition! #2, #5, and #6 are my favourites - all clean, simple and highly effective.
(I'd love to see the last image #10 slightly more compressed vertically and with a 5 x 4 crop or similar, but really, that's just nit-picking.)
It's a wonderful set. Oddly, the one that stands out to me is the image of the yucca -- it's quite lovely. I can't quite put my finger on why, but it just feels more soulful somehow.
A great collection for a short visit.

I agree with Mark- the Yucca composition really stands out from your great collection from AZ!

That first one is definitely the attention grabber right off the bat and the rest tell of what seems like a great time spent in the desert. The blue mood in 5 is very captivating and the yucca image stands out to me as well. High quality work that's for sure!
This group of images is incredible...the colors are amazing!
I saw this earlier on FB..."like"d everyone of them.

Here's a vertical comp of the agave/yucca and juniper. Think I like this one better. What do you think?

On the "blue" on at Grand Canyon, if you look close you can see Desert View Tower on the horizon!

I do see the tower on the distant ridge, pretty cool. As for the second yucca, I still prefer the first. It feels more complete, I know sometimes less is more, but not in this case for me. I'm feeling too confined and the cut off plant on the right accentuates that cut off feeling I'm getting. Plus the out of focus foreground is a bit distracting. I hope you don't think I'm bashing, these are just the reasons I think the first image is richer in content.

Blue Canyon #5 really captivates me. The distant ridge looks like it is floating.

Wow, great set of images, Phillip. I especially like #9 with the stark contrast between the desert landscape and the autumn color in the trees. Even more than that I like the way that the trees seem to be marching through the canyon.
I think I prefer the horizontal composition with the juniper and the yucca because of the way that the protruding branch frames the yucca.
All are great images though - it is hard to pick a favorite.

I agree with everyones comments here, certainly a wonderful set of images. I prefer 1, 4, 5, 7, and 10 over the rest, however they all sing to me. I prefer the horizontal Yucca. Lastly, your recent fall set is about as good as it gets.

Nice stuff! I really like the vertical comp of the yucca. I also find the 9th picture intriguing. I'm bothered a bit by the slight overlap of the gnarled tree up above and the yellow trees down below. But that's pretty minor.

One of the best series I've seen here in quite some time. The only one that I'm not crazy about is #8.
The rest are just sterling, Phil. I also prefer the horizontal composition because it includes the other two yuccas, which makes a nice balance. You might consider burning down the bright cactus 'paddle' or whatever on the left above center as it's quite distracting. What a wondeful trip you must have had, and it was certainly productive for you. Some excellent and elegant work here, amigo!
