I know, every year about this time there are posts about "where do you get your calendars printed?" Every year I get 15 or 20 cheesy calendars done at Costco or Staples and hand them out to friends and family. Long story short, one of my friends asked if I could add a dropped back page with her firm's logo and supply an order of 200 that she can hand out to her clients. I got no earthly idea how to go about that and find a printer that can turn that kind of volume in 30 days or what the price would be. Thoughts?

I started using ColorPro in Fort Collins http://www.colorproprint.com/ I haven't done calendars yet, but I did do 1000 folded flyers on very nice heavy stock, they turned that around in less than a week and very impressive quality.

I've used overnight Prints for my calendars for a couple years now. They have done a great job and the prices at quantity are good. Just don't expect to get them overnight without paying extra. I placed my
order for 250 last week and they have not been printed yet.

Print Pelican can do that.

I used Print Pelican a few years ago for a small batch of calendars. The quality was decent, but the service left something to be desired.

I don't have a recommendation who to use, but rather another "don't use." Don't use Lulu. Their customer service really sucks. The quality was ok, but they were not delivered when promised, causing me to lose sales. They wouldn't do anything to resolve my problem, so I turned them in to the BBB. You might look at Gotprint. I have not done calendars but the postcard quality is top notch. Quick turn around too. I checked the calendar pricing and it looks like around 5.50 ea @ 250 run. http://gotprint.net/g/uploadCalendar.do

From what I have heard, vista print does a pretty good job and their prices didn't seem too high. I'm placing an order tomorrow for 25 so I will see how they come out. However, it seemed odd that when you needed larger quantities it got pricier, but not as expensive as the other sites and printers I have been looking at. In fact, I emailed them to find out why and they suggested placing multiple 25 calendar orders and that didn't make much sense to me...They also have rush delivery if you need it that ranges in $20-$30 though not sure how dependable that aspect is.

I've used Vistaprint for the last few years, and have been happy with them. I order the heavy paper and upgrade the print quality. The screwed up last year and sent my order on the wrong paper and print quality, but made good by replacing the order in a matter of days.
