Just hanging about.
D7000 500mm f4 ISO 640 1/200s at f8 tripod.

Taken at my garden feeding station. The Coal Tit was hanging upside down whilst waiting for a clear space on the very busy bird table. I took a series of shots and luckily it turned its head to the camera as I did so this is the one I kept.

Lots of Fieldfare and Redwing about and also had 25 Waxwings in the garden but I was down in England at the time! :frown: Have seen flocks on three seperate occasions since but too busy working to get some piccys. :frown: :frown:

All C+C warmly welcomed.

Nice pic of this busy bird. Maybe a little more space around, but I'm not totally sure about is.
Great quit BG.

Thanks Tom. This was a crop from landscape as I did not have time to turn the camera to portrait so I have room either side but not below the bird I am afraid.

Well done, they do not hang around (I'll get my coat) for long so very nice. May look good as a square crop.

It may also look good if you rotate it slightly, so that it forms a neat "X". Great detail, and well processed.

could do with some more space at the bottom but other wise a corker :toast: :toast: :toast: :toast:

Very nice Nick. Another unusual pose, you must have a hair trigger on the D7000! :toast: :toast: :toast:
