Soggy Sparra'
D7000 500mm f4 ISO 500 1/160s at f8 tripod.

Taken at garden feeding station. Very wet House Sparrow after a heavy shower.

All C+C warmly welcomed and many thanks for the comments on my last post.

A nice shot Nick, good OOF background. The Sparrow looks a little flat to me, could do with some contrast adding to give it more punch.

Certainly a soggy job ! Maybe a teeny bit more canvas lft and top ? Easily stretched.
Othrwise looks ok on my gear.

Looks good to me, contrast looks fine, although I agree with John about the canvas, especially on top.

Cracking detail and pose Nick, but not too keen on the perch. :toast: :toast:

Great capture and details, he certainly is very soggy! Composition looks good to me.

It looks very sorry for itself. I think the comp is ok and the BG is great

Like it allot. Wet birds will always look a bit dull so would not worry about the contrast.

The only thing that would have improved it would of been some rain.
