Bearded Tit Panurus biarmicus
Hi folks, hope you're all well,
Chuffed to find Bearded tits on my local nature reserve, but they are being very elusive and really giving me the run around.
Does this work as an in habitat shot?
C and C most welcome!
Thanks for looking!

Hi Dawn,
I think it may work a bit better when you see it large. When viewing it at 720px wide, it can be hard to judge.
I think this may work. The bird is nicely placed, and it certainly shows the habitat. I might be tempted to tone down the highlights on the bird's throat though.

Looks a little lost in the frame I think Dawn especially as it is amongst the reeds and not perched higher. As Oscar has said it would probably look better large as is.

As presented the shot works well, but does depend on how much of a crop this is and as Oscar says what it look likes large ...
Lovely feel to the image though

I have to say that it looks a little lost to me, Dawn. Stick with it, they can be confiding birds at times and I am sure other opportunities will present themselves. As others have said, it may look better large.

Dawn i like the overall image but would like to see the bird a little larger in the frame.

The idea is good but IMO the bird needs to be a little less obscured by the reeds and a bit sharper
