The NPN Regional Group-California Nature Photographers (CANP) is open for business! If you are a current member who hasn't been around for a while, or you are a Califonia-based nature photographer, please join us.
We would love to see your images from California's wonderfully diverse landscape, flora and fauna, and also to entertain your ideas for meet-ups, and/or any contribution to the group you may have in mind.
So, come on by: We're open!
If you have questions, please contact either Harley Goldman or myself via the e-mail links in our posts, or post them at the CANP forum.
Thanks, as always,
Preston Birdwell

Hey Preston, my aunt lives in California, does that count? I could do dual-residency between there and RMNP... sometimes I need a break from sand and red rocks and sand and cacti and sand and nobody in the neighborhood with a lawn and sand and... well, that's just Phoenix I guess.
We're half-time Californians now, so I'll be around when our schedule settles a bit and we start shooting in the new year. We've retired and are snowbirding starting this winter, the first of many.
Hopefully I'll have suitable photos for posting before long, but in the meantime I'm looking forward to getting acquainted with the folks and the shooting down here.
