Great stuff. Somebody daring to be different on this forum. From a purely personal point of view I would get rid of the two bits of twig top and bottom on the right, and take off 4 cms on the right. Keep on with the experimentation, Dawn.
Nice vision Dawn and something different from what we normally see.
I agree on some 'gardening', but would leave the crop as presented. Just watch the halo creeping in around the bird.

Agree with some gardening and the halo could be fringing but that is easily sorted. Nice to be different!

Clearly a waxwing, but a very different take and a great piece of experimentation. I agree with David T. about those two bits of twig on the right having to go.

Looks good to me, Dawn. Some very slight nits covered, but I always get a halo with this type of shot. Love the crest too.

Nits covered. Works for me, and its ticks the easily recognised silly wet box

Very nice waxwing image with a twist Dawn....agree about the RH small twigs needing to go.

My first ever go at photographing these guys, the sun was in an out, so I tried something a little different.
