Grouse pano
D7000 300mm f4 + TC14E ISO 640 1/320s at f6.3 handheld braced against a road sign.

Taking landscape images on Rannoch when this fella landed not too far away. Nonchalant walk up the road and leant against a road sign to take the image. Cropped to a pano. All C+C warmly welcomed and thanks for the feedback on my last post.

Plenty of space for for the subject to look into, for those that care about such things, and not a Rhodie in sight!!  I like the way the curvature of the OOF boulder matches the curve of the grouse's back.

Love those frost covered grasses and all the space, cracker!

That would make a fabulous Christmas card. Might make a good advert for a well-known brand of whisky as well!
