To my suprise on my last visit to the feeding spot the squirrels had moved in, no wonder the food go down so quick. Three squirrels at any one time turn up to clear the fallen seeds (and there are a few as my feeder is home made!). I will have to work on getting them to clearer spots.

Cropped 10% to lose the 5foot of drainpipe I use as a feeder! Shot at f4 I think, quite dark and I know I need more DOF. ;)

1DIV, 500 f4.

The business of the OoF FG is a bit over-powering Andy - imo of course, but I'd love to get a stack of shots of these guys with this colouration :toast:

For what it's worth Neil, I might have shot lower, with say a third of the FG and more above, may give more scope in the commercial world.

A bit less FG for me but still a smart shot

I can see a square crop working well here Neil.  The ear tufts are superb. Is this a Red Squirrel?

It is a red yes, but they vary from red to black here in Bavaria. Thanks all. Crop: square not sure and space above will be the next shot ;)
