I have been given a 3.6 64 bit lightroom version. I know, that I just have too many photos! I would like to use the lightroom program to it's best potential. But, first, I'd like to understand how to organize my photos in lightroom instead of just using my own system.
Is there an easy way to do this? Probably not.......but, is there a dvd or book out there, which can walk me through lightroom as someone, who knows nothing about lightroom.
All the turorials I've found , first, assume that you understand the program............ then they just add to that. Is there a pretty straightforward one, that can start me from day 1?

I have found one of the best ways to learn Adobe systems is to go to their Adobe Video section on their web site. There are hundreds of short tutorials on all the feature of Lightroom. These are from a few minutes to half an hour for each feature. The instructors are very good and the info is comprehensive.
