After a somewhat agonizing editing process, I whittled down my photos from 2012 to a collection of my 12 favorites from the year.

Check them out! http://www.mountainphotographer.com/12-from-12/

Happy Christmas and Merry New Years! :toast:

These are eye-poppingly beautiful Jack. I think I like the Chimney Rock panorama even more than the image that was in the Fall Contest. The fiery dunes sunset is magnificent also. Anyone would probably kill to have a dozen images like this taken in one year. Sweet selection!

An incredible set of images that I could only dream of having for my own.

Of these 12 fine images, the Cimarron Sunset pano and Fall Creek images stand out to me. Great set.

Awesome set Jack, thanks for sharing and inspiring. Brings to mind a line from an old Sinatra song 'It was a very good Year!'

Nothing I can add, Jack, to what everyone has already said, except that my personal favorite was the Cimarron Sunset Panorama. :toast:

Fantastic as always Jack! The Glacier and Vestal shots really sing to me, and Fall Creek Sunrise is everything anyone ever wanted from fall in Colorado. And your take on the eclipse is strange, unique and striking. Happy New Year!

Jeez Louise, some fantastic stuff Jack! Can't wait to see what you come up with for next year. Love that aspen in the fog shot.

Dark Sunrise in the Needles and Chimney Rock are easily my faves, though all are spectacular!
