I am considering the purchase of plugins for LR-4. The onOne company has the Suite 7 on sale until the 31st. Is anyone using this and are there any opinions of it? Would I be better off looking at NIK or something else?
NIK is vastly superior, IMHO. Much more costly as well.

I use both NIK and onOne and once you get up to speed on either one, it's about break even for me. onOne has introduced a BW conversion component into Suite 7 that I find I like better than my NIK SE2. Both NIK and onOne allow for a wide variety of targeted adjustments. Both products offer excellent support and tutorials. Suite 7 saves the results of adjustments as PSD; NIK allows choice among PSD, TIF, or JPG. Both integrate smoothly into LR4 and I've never had technical issues with either one.

Thanks, Phil and
Craig. It is worth the risk probably. I appreciate the information.

A little late but, highly recommend Nik software!! Easy & quick to learn, plus they have a great resource in webinars!
