Sparrow ID requested
I am trying to ID all of the different sparrows I have photographed. Not sure what this one is, but think it is an immature chipping sparrow. Taken in central Illinois, in Jan. 11. Any help wil be appreciated. Thanks

Song Sparrow. Chipping Sparrow does not have a streaky breast (except in juvenile plumage which is held only from fledging to about Aug). Strong streaking on the breast, brown (with rufous tones) and gray patterning, rounded tail make this Song Sparrow.
