The January 2013 edition of Nature Photographers Online Magazine is now ready for your viewing!
This month's cover shot is a slide show of spectacular nature photos - the winning photos of the 2012 Editor's Pick Awards. This year we are displaying all winning photos in the slide show (not just the 1st place winners). To do these photos justice, we spent some extra time on the java script slide show as well - be sure to set some time aside to enjoy these remarkable photos!
Finally, we have some great news for NPN members - we have partnered with the TCP Insurance Company to offer members a discount on photo gear insurance. Be sure to check out the new NPN/TCP Nature Photographers Insurance Program.
We hope you enjoy this 154th edition!

I think the partnership with TCP Insurance is an excellent move Jim. I was hoping for something like this. Thanks.

Alain Briot finishes up his series on color harmonies in nature photos - Using Color Harmonies in Photography: Split Complementary, Tetradic and Square Color Harmonies. This has been a truly informative series of articles on the subject. For your convenience, links to all articles in the series are included in each installment.
Simon James offers some insight on a worthy photo destination - The Deer Park: The Royal Hunting Grounds Near Copenhagen. Looks to be a great place to enjoy nature photography!
