Juvenile Red Tailed Hawk? This was taken this morning at the Savannah National Wildlife Refuge, across the Savannah River from Savannah. Sorry about the quality—the bird left before I could get closer. This was a cloudy, misty day, but the sun broke through strongly for a bit, so the bird and perch was pretty harshly lit.

belly band, dark head, pretty clean looking tail, your ID is right on.
