For our last assignment, we will revisit many of the important concepts that have been covered over the past 5 weeks.
What I would like you to do is post 3 images over the next week and describe the following:
Lens choice? (pages 36-43)
Aperture, Shutter Speed, and ISO settings - why did you choose these settings? (pages 54-57)
Did you use Aperture Priority, Shutter Priority, or Manual Exposure mode? Why? (page 59)
Any filters used? (pages 47-48)
White Balance? (page 62)
What compositions tools did you use to design the image? Rule of Thirds Leading Lines? Repeating Patterns? etc. (Composition Chapter, pages 70-93)
What elements of light were used? Front lighting? Side lighting? Diffused? Glow? etc. (Light Chapter, pages 96- 111)
For three images, this is quite an undertaking. (If three is too many, you might want to just do one instead) Take your time and think about what went into the photograph. Use your book as a reference source, if necessary.
I have provided an example below, if you are confused. Of course, if you have a question, please ask! Good Luck!
