Dug out one of my Sigma SD14 dslrs, to stop my 2D imaging techniques going rusty. Spent an hour or two photographing visitors to my bird table in the front garden, while it was snowing.

Very nice David, good to see an image with some snow in it now! Maybe a bit tight in the frame for me, but good detail

I like this a lot, with a bit of breathing space i would love it

Good to see you posting in 2D again David .
Agree with others, it is a fine shot but a bit too cramped in the frame for my tastes.

Plenty of detail there a tag large even for me in the frame and I like em big.

Thanks folks for taking the trouble to comment. I was going for detail that is why it is BIF. Taken through double glazing so quite pleased with the result. As much as I enjoy using my two Fujifilm W3 3D cameras, the IQ of the Foveon sensor is hard to beat at low ISO (50-200). At ISO 400 it was noisy but Neat Image Pro sorted it out to my satisfaction.
