Hey everyone,
I am starting a new series of e-books designed for tablet computers. The series will be called "The Landscape Photographer's Guide" and will cover a variety of topics. The first book in this series is a re-working of the little paperback "The Pocket Guide to Photographing Rocky Mountain National Park." Unlike the paperback it includes much more both in terms of information and imagery and is specifically designed to work with the latest tablet computers.
If you previously purchased the pdf version of that book, you should have received an e-mail this past weekend with links to download it. This new version is highly graphical and has large high resolution images. The information has been updated and lots of links to Google Maps have been added so that you can quickly see the exact places I'm talking about. You can find out more information about this book and buy it at this link: http://imagesofrmnp.com/product/photographing-rmnp-ebook/
My next book in the series will be released at the end of this month or at the beginning of February. This second book is for those who want to learn the art of landscape photography.
Jason, we'll have to do a trade. Send me an e-mail.

I like your new interface. Thanks for the free update.

I had a look at the updated book and it is AWESOME! Obviously, it's filled with fantastic photographs but it's also got a ton of useful information about how, where and when to photograph in RMNP. Can't wait to put it to good use some time.
Congrats, Erik - and best of luck with sales!

I just bought a copy! Looking forward to perusing it (and making good use of it, too!)
An outstanding revision to your original guide. Well done!

Awesome job Eric. Just downloaded my copy. Should look awesome on my iPad mini.

Yay! This is on my list of things to get sooner than later! I love that it will work for ereaders. I do everything on my kindle (JR does everything on his mini) so I'm stoked!

Erik,
I downloaded my update a couple of days ago and have read and re-read it several times now. Great information presented in a logical and helpful fashion along with your outstanding images. I was drawn back to those magical summers when I worked in Rocky.
Thank you.

Erik - congratulations. The book and photographs look great. One that made an immediate impression for me was the photo on p.61 - it perfectly captures the feel of RMNP on those bright, cool, autumn mornings.
Thanks everyone! I'm glad you are enjoying it. If you find any errors, let me know. I'm now hard at work on my next book which is geared towards those wanting to get started in landscape photography.

Congrats on the eBook Erik! I wish you the best. I put together an eBook on photographing Yellowstone last year and thanks to a lot of you guys, especially Bret Edge, it has done very well. How has the paperback version done for you? I don't know if I'll ever make it down that way but if you would like to do a trade shoot me an e-mail.
