I got an email add from Naturescapes.net advertising their store has the Cokin Varible ND Filters giving a price of approx $120.00. Amazon has them listed for approx..$219...What gives? I am not familiar with Naturescapes or the Cokin glass filters. Clue me in, please..but it sounds to good to be true without a hitch.

Sounds like the different prices are between filter sizes for different lenses, Joe.
The 55mm filter goes for $122 (+/-), while the 82mm filter goes for $217 (+/-).

Yes, John...however the 77mm is still only $181.00. But, they are out of stock.
