Greater white fronted goose
This was taken this morning at commonwealth lake here in Beaverton. it is a Greater White Fronted Goose. Would have liked to get a little lower pov, but the bank and the fact these birds were very skittish did not allow it.
Nikon d5100, Sigma 50-500 at 320mm, f8, 1/400th of a sec at ISO 400.

Looks a tad blurry, Wade... Maybe it's my tired eye. Really nice closeup, ring of water and catchlight in the eye. Great reflection, too, and the comp to get it all in there.
