Here's another from the archive. I liked these tiny flowers that seemed to be in a bowl formed by the juniper trunk.

Please see the large version. Thanks.

Your thoughts are always appreciated.

This is a lovely composition Preston. What I like about your photos is that the subject is often "commonplace" in the sense that they are not the big wide knockout views that I tend to shoot!

Real nice comp and image. I would not mind seeing it warmed up a bit, perhaps with a color balance layer and the cyan/red slider moved a touch to the right? I like it, very well done.

Your archives are yielding a ton of treasures. You won't have to go into the field for years at the pace you are digging these out.

Thanks, Gents!

I did as Mr H suggested and warmed it up a bit to +13 on the cyan/red color balance layer. As I looked more at the image, especially the flowers, I noticed they were a bit too yellow (the real flowers are very nearly pure white with a little blue) so I used a Selective Color layer/ Whites and pulled down the yellows there quite a bit. This made the flowers pop and the granite looks better, as an added bonus.

I hope these changes show in this small repost.

Thanks again for the help!
