I just want to thank Anne Rusk, Brent Doerzman, and Jack Garrett for all their hard work making the annual shindig a great success. Definitely one of my highlights of the year. So much fun meeting up with old friends and new friends, talking story, and enjoying great food. The white elephant print exchange was it's usual mix of cruelty and humor. Now if we can just heal the rift between Grant and Erik everything would be grand.
Thanks again, Anne, Brent, and Jack.

Ditto.
I'm so thankful we can do this every year, and have such a convenient place for the event.

I am so glad so many people were able to make it! I had a blast talking with everyone. The white elephant was fun as usual and I hope everyone was happy with their raffle prizes! Here are some pics from the event!

Thanks for sharing Ann. I hope I can make it next year.

Thanks Anne, Jack, and Brent! Morris, I thought we made good progress in healing the right between me and Erik. After all,no fist fights broke out during the shindig (well, other than the one in the parking lot afterwards but at least we had the civility to take it outside this year. )

I'm so bummed that I haven't been able to attend this fun event the last few years. It sounds and looks like everyone had a great time. Thanks for posting the photos, Anne! I hope to catch up with at least a few of y'all at the Moab Spring Fling in May.

It was a good time, and thanks to all who did the heavy lifting to get it done!
This looks like a genuine hoot. Wish I had know about it. Undoubtedly a good time had by all.

It was great to see everyone again! Huge thanks to Brent and his boss for proving a great facility. A huge thanks to Anne for setting it up, getting raffle donations and all the other hard work she did to make this a success. Thanks to eveyone who brought great food and snacks. Thanks to Tim from Duraplaq for his huge print donations. We have a great group of photographers and I could feel a closeness between them that I hadn't noticed before.

Looks like a fun night. Wish I could have made it out.
Thanks to all who had a hand in organizing/hosting the shindig, and to those who offered the prizes. Always a good time, but I seem to only get around to chat with about half the people I intended to by the time it's over. Hopefully there are many at the Moab event this spring.

Big thanks to Anne for getting the ball rolling. To Jack for his contributions. To Brent for convincing his boss that not all photographers are cretins..(most but not all). And especially to Jeff for believing Brent and letting us use the facility for our meeting. Another rousing success! Can't wait till the Raptor shoot in a couple of weeks.

Dang...I totally spaced this event. :( My apologies.

It was great to be there again after a long absence. I really enjoyed catching up with old friends (and in Brent's case, a reallly old friend... ) as well as meeting new folks. Always impressive to see how strong a membership this group has after all these years. The quality of the prints in the white elephant continues to grow and impress. Great time!

Thanks to all that made this happen! Like Doug, I wish it were a bit closer as 700 miles is kind of a long drive...especially in the winter months.
