Another from the Wallowa Files

I was going through my photos from the last few months and found this one from my Wallowa days. This is a cold sunset December 2nd.

Feedback appreciated as always.

Oh, it does look COLD for sure! The lighting is subtile and the photo not as eye-catching as your other ones from this trip. I like the pleats in the landscape as delineated by the ridge lines. But overall, I think it needs something more that I can't quite put my finger on. Hmmmm…, it looks like the lower part of the image may be reflecting some of the orange color in the sky. I'd try accentuating that and the sky, maybe?

Wish others would share their thoughts with you, too. but I find this one a little tough to analyze.

Thanks Catherine. That's probably the reason it didn't get posted while I was on the trip. It may be that it caught my eye again merely out of nostalgia. Thanks for honest reaction.
