I am NOT looking for any help.
Just wondered if anyone else uses GoLive to create their web site like I do.

I use it but not sure how much help I will be. Shoot me an email and I will see what I can do.

Thanks for the offer, but I said I am NOT looking for any help.

I use MS platforms for my work and my server is Windows, so I don't use GoLive! .

I did make interesting discovery a few days ago, though. The following products are not Adobe/Macromedia products, but those of you interested in web development using ASP.NET and SQL Server for data-driven sites might be interested in them. The downloads are free of charge!

MS Visual Web Developer Express...http://msdn.microsoft.com/vstudio/express/vwd/ . This program allows the developer to create data-driven sites using server-side code. Applications can be written in a variety of languages, but the best are Visual BASIC or C#. The program has WYSIWYG editor and a source code editor. It also handles HTML coding. It is a nicely designed program with lots of available help and tutorials. It is designed to meet the needs of those just starting out in web development.

MS SQL Server 2005 Express...http://msdn.microsoft.com/vstudio/express/sql/ . This is a very powerful database management server program used in conjunction with ASP.NET and Visual Web Developer to store the data for your site.

I am a beginning web application developer, so these programs are great for me to learn how to write code, develop a relational database application and connect the two. So, if you are interested in going beyond HTML sites, these programs are great place to start! Have fun!

Yes, I use it and have for years, as well as it's predecessors as early as Adobe PageMill.

- - Gee Grace, I forgot all about PageMill.
I started with that also.

Since there are more than few people on here who use GoLive I will add this piece of info.
Anyone needing help with just about any GoLive problem can get it usually the same day.
There is a great forum for just GoLive users at;
http://www.adobeforums.com/cgi-bin/webx/?14@1019.JgvTgKZLpW7@.ee6b31a

It's just like here at NPN and for just GoLive matters.
It is GREAT! I have used it many times.
