Haven't posted in a bit so I thought I'd share this shot from my SW photo run last December. You all know where. Clicky to see the 1200px size.

I'm so bummed you had such a lackluster sunset, Joshua.

Seriously, this is fantastic. Killer light and sky, cool composition that makes me feel like I could walk right into the scene - it's all there. Congrats!

Extra sweet conditions you had here! Wonderful light and composition. The landscape could use a nice extra dose of contrast in my view. Congratulations!

The colors are wonderful. Well done.

The sky really helps make this one special. Great soft color and light. Well done!

As mentioned the sky colors really pop making this a special image. I also see some opportunity for contrast and/or local contrast adjustment.

Sweet sky for sure! If you do add contrast (and it needs it) be careful, cause the reds are already slightly blown here. Cool shot. :wavey:

Thanks everyone for the feedback. I have a second edit done that I will try to post tonight.

Or now. Pushed some contrast into the foreground and then removed some red/saturation. Thoughts? Thanks again!

I like the increased contrast. The lack of it was the first thing I noticed in the original after the colorful morning sky. It's hard to tell (could be due to differences in compression), but looks like the red in the sky of the revision is increased slightly (my preference is for the pinker original)

One of those Wow images for sure. I actually prefer the original image, I think you nailed it the first time, a simply gorgeous image!
