Before you set out on your next photography trip expose the first frame of each of your cards on a sheet of paper that contains your name, address, email, and phone number. That way you have an better chance that your card will be returned if lost.

You can also write that on the card with a sharpie.

Or with most cameras now there is a menu setting where you can enter your name, address, company, etc. into the "Creator" or "Copyright" fields and it will automatically be in the metadata of every photo you take.

Great idea, Joe! Shoot that first frame as a jpeg because many people will not be able to view a raw file.

If you write your name and phone number on the front element of each lens, you wont have to worry about the card

Joke aside, thats a really good idea Joe. A couple additions tho - might need to be a JPEG photo so the non-RAW types can view it (whoops, Adam beat me to it.. so second his comment); and I may mount the card on the back of my color calibration chart / kit so that all in one place.
