Quite simply Paul, Sorel or the Baffin boot! However if you are getting in and out of a zodiac in shallow water then the US Muck boot, but unsure to what degree they go down too.

I would suggest Sorel also. They are very good.

I have neoprene lined muckboots. Minus 14 degrees and frosty last year in the Fens and my feet were toast in a pair of lightweight hiking socks Steve has more cold weather experience than me though as I tend to head to more warmer climates as I get older
Thanks guys, will be checking out for uk suppliers, feel like being ripped off
Bob will be doing the either Spitzbergan and or Northern Finland.takubg daughter after graduation
to do Bears and I hope Wolves!!!!
Odd thought the fins would produce a really good boot, oh well
Thanks again
Ontop of that something like this can help if you are not moving around too much http://www.skis.com/Hotronic-E3-Custom-Footwarmers-2013/252775P,default,pd.html
Use mine in the hide down to -22° although mine cost 30quid at Aldi ;) well worth it for 3 or 4 hours warmth once the cold sets in.
