Thanks John I'm having trouble downloading it so at least I've eliminated having incompatible software.

WOW - $149 for the complete NIK Collection, and as I understand, there is no extra charge for the Photoshop plugin !
There are also various discount codes online for an additional 15% to 20% off.
Also if you own ANY of the individual modules, you now can download the ENTIRE collection for free !!!!

Don, if you are having problems with the installation, some people have needed to add ".exe" to the end of the download file before it would execute.
"Also if you own ANY of the individual modules, you now can download the ENTIRE collection for free !!!! "
A stunning deal! All I owned was SilverEfex and now I have the entire suite of plugins. I have no idea what Google's intentions are, but I guarantee that there are a ton of PO'ed folks who paid full price these plug-ins.

John, I hope you enjoy the suite as much as I have.
I purchased the complete suite on a Black Friday sale about two years ago.
Over that time, the value obtained was well worth the additional cost.
Current owners of the suite will at least benefit from free future upgrades !!!
Certainly anyone who purchased recently, or has made limited use of the software, will be unhappy.
Those with a purchase in the last 30 days will be refunded the difference.
My initial concern was that Google would just drop all future NIK software development.
At least for the near term, that does not seem to be the plan.
With the significant reductions for both Lightroom and NIK, I certainly like the recent trend in software prices.
I just downloaded the NIK collection (Win64bit system). Before I can install it, I'm getting a window that says "Please close the following application: Bridge.exe" . I don't have Bridge or PS CS5 open. Both are closed. Any ideas on how to get the install process past this? Thanks!

How do you download the entire suite if you have previously paid for one? I have Dfine and Sharpener and would like all the others, but don't see anything on the website to upgrade to the entire suite.

Scott, I understand NIK sends download links in an email. I believe the emails are being staged. But if you don't get one soon, I'd contact their customer support. As an owner of the full suite, I don't know if I should expect any notification, until there is a software update.
"Any ideas on how to get the install process past this?"
Bridge may be enabled to open even when you don't actually see it, Don. Try this:
Open Bridge, then choose Edit > Preferences. Choose 'Advanced.' Uncheck 'Start Bridge At Login'. Reboot.
Hope that works.

You should have received an email from Nik/Google concerning the upgrade.
A ton of folks found that the email was routed to their Junk or Spam folders. Especially (of all things!) gmail users.
I have CS3 as well as CS5 on my maching with several Nik products previously purchased. I got the email of the all inclusive free upgrade. Will it not work with CS3 as I occasionally use it for certain projects?

I'm so glad I saw this post. My notification had gone into my spam folder. Thanks for the head's up John! It will be great to have the full collection! Now it is time to educate myself.

Hey, glad to hear it, Don! make mine a stout, please.
All that glitters is not spam.
Joe,
All I know is what is posted above (CS4-CS6).
When you download the software and it looks for applications to attach itself to, if CS5 appears and CS 3 does not, you'll have your answer.
OK, here is what I did. I called them, sort of. If you go to niksoftware.com and click support, during open hours, there is an option to be called. enter your info, and they call. My phone rang i less than 2 minutes. They took my name, verified I owned at least 1 program, and then thery sent me the link. Sweeeet!

Just a word of warning for installations on updated Windows 8 computers.
If some of the NIK software, causes your system to hang or crash, make sure you have a COMPLETE upgrade to your video card drivers AND associated software.
Although my drivers were updated during the Windows 8 installation, the associated ATI Catalyst Control Center software was not. To make a long story short, this did not cause any problems until the new NIK collection was installed.
The NIK support pages note that Color Efex, Silver Efex and HDR Efex all use the GPU in their processing. If those particular modules hang, then there is probably an issue with your graphics card, or related software.
