Anyone using a prescription lens fitted in the camera instead of wearing glasses? If so, any idea where to get them made in Canada?

Pentax used to sell them for the pentax 67. Go to B & H. Type in diopters. I don't know if any are made in Canada. What is wrong with the diopter adjustment on your camera? I am not sure that all cameras have removable diopters.

As Robert notes, most DSLRs have adjustable diopters built in. Does your camera not have one or is the built-in one inadequate?
