I've downloaded the NIK Collection on Adobe 9. All tools with the exception of HDR downloaded. HDR is in the original collection. Loaded the collection to Lightroom with no problem. Tried one more time on Adobe 9 to no avail. Anyone else have this problem?
According to a book I just read " Nik Software Captured" by Tony Corbell and Joshua Haftel - Quote- " You cannot use HDR Efex Pro to create HDR images. Because of the lack of 32-bit support in Photoshop Elements, HDR Efex Pro is the only Nik Software product that is not compatible with Elements" - Unquote. I bought the package deal when they lowered the price as well and I use Elements 9-found the same problem like yours but I was aware of the problem long before I bought NIK software - plan to upgrade to 11 soon but I use Photomatix as my HDR software anyway.
All other parts of the Nik suite work fine so far although I am still learning how to use it.
William, I believe you nailed it on the head thanks. It still was well worth the investment. Glad I didn't order it earlier.
I also downloaded it to Lightroom 3 and it took. I Really like the sharpening and B&W conversion programs.
