Very nice Paul, at first I wasn't sure about the viewpoint, but, on looking a second time I like it, might be tempted to try and remove the bit of stray pollen 1/3 up on the LH petal.....
Love the colours, lighting and BG, but not sure about the view point!

Hi Paul
a nice picture. I like the colours and the composition and the BG. It is a pity about the out of focus bud at the back it tends to draw my eye to it but I don't think you could do anything about that.

Clean and crisp. Good light with nice amount of iridescence to the petals. Agree with viewpoint question. Not sure what exactly it is... I think its because you ahve photo'd through the foremost petal making the flower look a little lobsided? Your cloning skills (re:weeds) are far better than mine! Nicely done.
Excellent image, great colours, sharpness and background. I think I would prefer this shot if it was taken from a slightly higher angle so that some of the shape in the near petals is revealed. Other than that minor nit this is a fine wildflower photo.
