Close-up
A female boar, completely wild except for her curiosity. No idea why, but she does come to investigate then storms off with her clan.

5DIII, 400 2.8 IS.

PS - just noticed that damn hair!

Hi Neil, nice detail especially in the snout, forehead looks a bit 'spiky' but perhaps down to the compression? The blood red eye works a treat, the hair removal is easy  but don't go too far!!!! Might be tempted to soften the grass stem in the BKD, top right?

Hi Steve, yes that hair will go. I did tone down the BG as it was quite hot all over, inlcuding those hairs. She is a funny piggy, kind of Mohican, and I noticed her daughter looks exactly the same. Can't wait to get back there once she has little piggies. ;) :wavey:

I think the 'piglets' could be more lucrative, do they have spots? On reflection, might want to move that © symbol, looks like she is sniffing it.

Piglets are only as lucrative as big bad boars, so far anyway ;) I have never managed the tiny ones as they are hidden in the bush, one snort from mother and away they go, once they are 6 months they tend to do what they want and you can get something.
