Hey all,
I am going to be taking a trip from Arizona to Colorado Rocky Mountain National Park (Estes Park Area) in July and would love some advice on good spots to check out for landscape photography. I will be staying there 4-5 days and then hitting Arches NP and Zion NP on my way back. Thanks in advance for any ideas!
He has photographed every square inch of RMNP. He tells you where he shot just about every image on his site, and he has a guide book that is reasonably priced about where to go to shoot in the park. There is no better resource.

One big tip for RMPN: get to the trails very early. They get extremely crowded by mid-morning. Catch the first bus to the trailheads at Bear Lake or Glacier Gorge and you will have very few other people.
Also of course, early light is better than mid-day, and afternoon thunderstorms are safety hazards.

Hey, Erik. Odd, isn't it, that everyone still does not know about you yet? How is that even possible.
