D7000 300mm f4 + TC14e ISO 250 1/800s at f6.3 handheld.

Just back from a week in the Cairngorms. This was taken on Thursday when all four seasons in an hour were the norm. The males are looking good just now and are pairing off with lots of croaking giving away their locations.
