Red squirrel
D7000 300mm f4 ISO 640 1/1000s at f6.3 handheld.

The squirrels visited the peanut feeding station at the holiday cottage regularly but were quite camera shy and usually went up into a nearby tree if someone came out of the cottage door. The bg is a little busy but it is natural and I like the pose of the squirrel.

Many thanks for the comments on the pine marten image. Graham....the green fence board was unavoidable as it kept its head down when feeding and only occasionally looked up so this was the best I could get. Being only 20 feet from a wild pine marten (albeit seperating by glass) made up for it.
