Final day at Ranthambhore and its been a belting six days in the park. Have seen eight different tigers, a leopard and a sloth bear, all photographable and I have captured some amazing stuff
This shot of Mala T39 is a crop as she is actually snarling at her one year old son Sultan who's leg was in the bottom of the shot.
Back in UK on Monday with plenty of processing to do
Good grief Bob this should come with a warning, I nearly had an accident when I opened it up! What a stunning image. Perhaps a tad more space under its chin if you have it. I can only imagine what it felt like seeing this through a viewfinder. Wasn't the 70-200mm was it?
No more room beneath Nick as her sons leg comes into view, also now had time to check and it was the mk4-400 2.8 mk2 combo and it is 30% of the original image 1/640 ISO 1600 f2.8 bean bag.
This lens is unbelievable as I have an equally sharp stork billed KF crop taken with the new 2x converter.
