Thumbnail colors look flat

I've noticed that since I started using Lightroom (coincidentally, since I started using my new D7100) the images I post on NPN don't match their thumbnails with respect to colors. The thumbnails (in both Chrome and Safari) are quite flat and there is no rich saturation or warmth. When I click on the images they look fine and normal, so why the difference in the thumbnails? This wasn't happening prior to lightroom/D7100. I'm assuming it has something to do with colorspaces...

Thanks

Looking at your Prairie Warbler the large image is tagged as ProPhoto RGB.

Check your settings in Lightroom/Photoshop to make sure you end up in sRGB before posting.

Luke, I just looked at "Prairie Warbler". It has a ProPhoto RGB profile embedded. The thumbnail has no profile. On my computer the full image looks much better than the thumbnail. Try posting an image in sRGB color space to see if you get a better match between the thumbnail and the full image.

I see somebody beat me to it.
