Twistleton or somewhere similar, no mistaking it is the Dales ;) Tree is well positioned but I would love to see more sky, cos it is a classic looking sky!!

I too would like a little more sky, and a little less rock at the bottom. I agree with Neil that it has a definite flavour of the Dales about it - I can almost feel the wind from here!

Lacks your usual punch Phil. Defo more sky and less rocks

Agree re the lacking punch, but I like your choice of comp, there is just enough sky for me. Good one, Phil.

:wavey: Not twisleton, didin't make it up there ... just spotted it by the side of a road and thought it would make a pleasant image... sorry guys i love the rocks and think their lichen and form are wonderful and have a mild obsession with putting them in the foreground of every image i take... agree about the punch i seem to be too gentle with contrast at the moment terrified of clipping and haven't quiet got the balance...

Any way a small amount of levels more cheers fir the input... :toast: :toast: :toast: :toast: :wavey:
