Mark Hespenheide and I had both previously been to False Kiva, so we went in search of another option for the Saturday evening shoot. Mark floated the idea of fins, and I had this location in mind for a rematch at some point. Clicky for the 1200px size. CC welcome as always. Thanks, Josh

Holy cow what a killer sunset, and scene!!! You don't happen to have a version with a bit more of the fins at the bottom, do you?

Thanks guys! Yeah it was pretty sweet conditions out there. Jack, here is a single shot (the above is 2 horizontals stitched) from a little earlier. With the wider shot, I didn't go as low because of the road poking into the LR corner.

The panoramic format showcases the beautiful light and skies perfectly! This is an excellent image, Joshua.

Nice shot, Joshua! Looks like you found a pretty nice consolation prize. It was nice to meet you this weekend.

Josh,

That looks excellent! And ... eerily similar ... to my own! Great to meet you out at Marlboro, and thanks for leading me up to this spot. I'll try to post a couple tomorrow.

Stellar. We had great light at the Kiva and I'm glad I didn't miss it but this is definitely a grand image. Good to see you at the Fling, Josh.
