Well I am! So here's one of my technically non-perfect, hand-held photos taken with third-party glass!
My lovely wife and I just got back from camping at Steel Creek along the Buffalo River. Wayne and Michael Fox and I met there in the fall of 2004 and had a great time when Wayne was still an amateur. We quite accidentally bumped into Tim Ernst and Glen Wheeler along the banks of the Buffalo River that weekend, too.
This was our first time back since then, and I'm so glad we went. I only regret we couldn't stay longer. We didn't even float the Buffalo... we just camped and took photos.
Taken with Canon 20D and Sigma 12-24 @ 24mm
f/11, 1/125s, ISO 100
No cropping, only mild sharpening after resizing.
Jason, looks like you had a great time. I like the image showing the scenary around Steel Creek and the inclusion of the people conoeing. Thanks for sharing.
Thanks, guys! Wayne, we did in fact have to drag a sizeable piece of lumber back to camp for a fire. Luckily this time I remembered to bring a saw and it was much less of a problem. Emmett did tag along and spent most of the time in the water.

Thanks for looking!
Great to see that you and Leah got out for a weekend of camping. Did Emmett tag along?
Technical or not, it's hard to take a bad picture of the Buffalo at Roark Bluff. Thanks for posting Jason!
