D600 dust issue - follow up

This is a follow up on my previous post on the dust issue in the D600. I took my camera back to Nikon Service and they replaced the shutter. I thought that would fix the dust spot problem but NO. The spots appeared again after less than 2000 shutter actuations! Another friend of mine also had the shutter replaced and the shutter mechanism cease up after 1500 actuations. Looks like NIKON has lost the plot in this machine and still have not had a handle on this issue.

Of course I kicked up a fuss and in the end I managed to convince them to swap my 8 month old D600 for a new replacement body. Just hope this is one of the majority which does not have the dust issue :razz:

Anyone know if this issue has been resolved with their current inventory ? I'm on the verge of buying one, but not if this is still a problem
