Saw that last night. I'm waiting a couple of months. There are always bugs and I prefer to wait until they've all been squashed. Looks like some impressive new functionality, though.

I've been using it for a couple of days. Easy upgrade. No problems so far.
The installation leaves your old LR4 intact.
Be sure to backup your catalog AND your raw images to be safe.
FYI this update has a new catalog/database structure, so you will need to open and upgrade any old catalog that you want to use with LR5. That took less than an hour for my ~ 70,000 images on an external hard drive.
I saw a post from someone with a 340,000 image catalog. It was still processing after 17 hours !!!
