Mt Jeff from WSIR
I'm trying to get back into my photography. I have done very little since my time in the Wallowas last Fall, and my recent attempts show just how important practice is. I'm having to remember my LR processes, not to mention regaining some basic technique.

Here are my first attempts, taken from the Warm Springs Reservation late afternoon. I'm hoping to have time during the summer to get out more.

Pretty straightforward, but nice Marylynne. Maybe a little more polarization would have been good to darken the sky a bit?

Good to see you "back in the saddle" Marylynne! This image is just fine. I like the lay of the land in the fg as it adds interest. Keep 'em coming!

This is very nice Marylynne! I love the colors - the golds, greens and pinks in the foreground, and the blues in the mountain and hills. and enough clouds to add interest to the sky. I like the comp and light too. Nice job!

Thanks, everyone. You're very generous. I'm convinced all my lenses are in need of calibration, but I'm sure it's really me.

Good job with this one. I like the layers throughout the frame from meadow to forest to mountain.
