I haven't shared anything from my Iceland trip here so...

Very beautiful Joshua! The intricacy of the ice and the smooth streaking water make for a nice contrast. It looks well processed to me. I would love to visit Iceland. Did you go with a tour or venture there on your own?
Thanks Debbie! I highly encourage everyone to go if you get a chance. Its an amazing place with tons of photo ops. I went on my own, flying on Icelandair and renting a camper van from Happy Camper in Reykjavic. I highly recommend both.
This shot really does say "ICE". Not just because of the piece of ice , but the color and feel of the water surrounding it and the exposure time makes it feel cold.
This particular place has provided my favorite images from Iceland, and this is no exception. I never tire of seeing ice on the beach images because it all changes around constantly. This is one of the better ones I've seen and is just perfect in every way, Joshua!

Wonderful image Joshua, The softness from the motion of the water really sets off the ice, nicely conceived and executed. That was my favorite place in all of Iceland. The best thing about Iceland is the lack off people. My brother and I got to Jokulsarlon at about 10:30 PM on the summer solstice, took photographs for a couple hours, then set up our tents, woke up and shot for a couple hours in the morning and didn't see another person the entire time even though this is one of Iceland's top tourist spots.
Thanks everyone! Yes, Jokulsarlon was my favorite place on my 9 day trip. I had a lot of fun shooting the ice pieces, trying different shutter speeds, differents pieces, comps, etc. This was actually one of the busier places I saw, with maybe 25-30 people there shooting the next morning (this shot was the evening before). But that said, yeah there were many times where I thought, "this would be a tourist trap and a half in the states", and there would be nobody for miles. I definitely want to return.
This one is a gem. In likeness and in clarity. I never tire, like John, of images of these icebergs grounded on that black sand beach, and because there seems to be an endless variety available. Just depending on the artist's eye.
