Wild Horses NW Colorado
Been off NPN for a while, but thought I'd get back in the groove with this photo I made two weeks ago in the Sand Wash Basin Area of NW Colorado. I've been trying to get an action shot of wild horses for some time now. Comments welcome.

Wow, that's picture perfect!

Spectacular. For whatever reason my eye has trouble connecting to everyday wildlife images; this one feels different, it connects to my soul. Lots of drama going on here. Boy I wish I had more contrasty lighting but beggers can't be choosers...

Great shot Randall with lots of emotion! The closest horse wears lots of battle scars.

This is excellent! Great action captured, and that front horse is what they call a "mixer". He looks like he doesn't mind getting in a scrap at any time. :toast:
