Waite has just released their HD app with above title for the iPad. It is downloadable for free with 50 species unlocked. Unlocking all species (919) costs $9.99 this weekend. It says that the regular price is $49.99. Very nice and complete app.

They have also released the iBird Journal app.

I have located both of them in the Apple app store by searching for "iBird".
