Burnet on foxglove

Transparent Burnet moth on foxglove. Comments warmly welcomed.

Many thanks to those who took the trouble to comment on my last post, greatly appreciated.

Superb capture Nick. You've got the DoF well under control and a nice perch. Fantastic detail in the biggie. :toast: :toast: :toast:

I've only seen one Burnet this year. A really bad macro year in my area due to last year and the cold spring, also continuous high winds....... :frown:

Wonderful soft tones in this one Nick, I like it a lot. I haven’t seen one in years, too much crop spaying in this area I guess.
